+ Is your Ethiopian coffee premium?

Yes, it is grade 1.

Nothing.

+ What does luxury coffee mean?

This can refer to many things, but primarily refers to the grading and rarity of coffee. Most coffees in the top tier are classed as specialty grade. furthermore, when the coffee is in the top 0.1% and has been quality assessed to be grade 1, it means it is one of the best coffees in the world. The amount of taste that can be extracted is maximum, with minimal defects on the bean, perfect moisture levels. We find that roasting grade 1 coffee also produces less chaff off the bean at times, for example, with Jamaica Blue Mountain there is hardly any chaff.
