This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is used when you visit or make a purchase from (the “Site”).

Additionally, as you browse the Site, information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site is made is shown to us. Payment information is needed to make a purchase and is always encrypted, never stored by us on our computers, and specific payment details such as card numbers are never made viewable to us at all (). We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We never sell or share you information with outside agencies for purposes other than your relationship with Boun Beans and our products. We have a strict policy towards data protection and do not store customer details in files or write them paper and lave them in folders. Data is only printed for the purposes of  processing an order, any printed customer information not required for the purposes of processing an order is destroyed and disposed of in confidential waste.
