Quick guide on how to make iced coffee at home

This Classic coffee makes those hot scorching summer days and nights bearable. Not to mention the brilliant finish on some of our coffees when mixed with water in this way. During cupping our tests we found out that when coffee is brewed and allowed to cool, or cooled down, some of the notes transform and some really interesting notes come forth. It’s amazing.

Step 1

Pick a top grade coffee and brew as an espresso. For this type of coffee, please use espresso grind which is on the finer side of grinding.

Step 2

Bring the coffee to boil safely and remove from the stove. Now that your espresso is ready and in a cup, it can cool down while you prepare the rest of the things needed to make this cold brew.

Step 3

Prepare some ice cubes in a cup and add milk (almond or soya will be just fine for those with intolerances). With the milk in the cup, and the ice cubes, pour the espresso slowly into the cup and enjoy watching the milk and coffee mixing.
